OOTD #10 | GIRLY TOUCH

OOTD #9 | THE DARKER THE BETTER

La marque Venca en fait partie, I mean look at this beautiful little thaaang!
Elle vient de chez Primark by the way!

INSPIRATION SELECTION | WINTER

Namaste, girls! Today I'm back with a little selection with some beautiful pieces that I wanted to share with you. I've been spending some time on a few online stores lately (of course to check out the sales) and I thought I had to share with you what I have been lusting after. It's not really a wishlist and not really a selection. It's actually both. I'll be listing several stores where you can find similar pieces. I hope you enjoy this post.♥

SWEATERS

Sweaters are probably one of my favorite piece of clothing. Put on a sweater, add leggings to complete the outfit and you're ready to go. That's my comfy 'ready-to-go' look and honestly, if I could go out every day wearing this kind of outfit I would. You can find different brands of sweaters but they're mostly online at ASOS (other shops can be found at the end of this post)

COATS

selection

I always had an obsession for straight coats. I think it's because they are so flexible. They can be associated with a streetwear/sportswear style but also with a very classic style.  They can give a feminine touch to the outfit but also break the style to give a slight androgynous touch which can be very nice and also interesting; that's the reason why I love them. If you are looking for new outfit ideas, you can find a bunch of them on Pinterest and on this blog (yes, new outfits are coming soon)! I had a crush for a Zara straight coat during the sales but one week later after having seen it at the store, the babe had disappeared literally. No way to find the coat in the stores neither than online. It was so strange and I was damn mad because I really wanted to buy it! I think I could make a collection of straight coats. You know, having all the colors possible. Of the grey, the pink (baby or fushia), the blue (navy or baby), some red (bloody or burgundy) to the mauve (vampy or lilac). You get the picture.. Straight coats are my shit! I had a look on ASOS to make this selection and I found some great stuff (you will find below a list of e-shop where you can find other similar pieces and maybe cheaper). I tried to stay in the neutral tones because I didn't find lively colored coats from ASOS as pretty as the neutral tones. So if you're like me, ready to kill for an entire new closet, you'll find some cool stuff in the selection. My big crush is definitely on this forest green straight coat and honestly I'm really hesitating to buy one to myself. It's a color with which I really fell in love this winter and which I learnt to rediscover. Moreover I'm gonna post you soon an outfit with a beautiful green forest turtle neck sweater. I can't wait to share that with you guys! Before finishing this chapter about straight coats, I just need to talk to you a last time about those bloody babes!! Those red coats from StyleWe are just awesome and absolutely beautiful. Big crush for this one on the left! I heard about those StyleWe cheap coats and I wanted to have a look to them and actually, as you can see, I'm crazy over these two models! Tips: if you're looking for similar websites you can go on Just fashion now (thinking about another selection to post on the blog with some black and white dresses because I liked some models from Just fashion now and I want to share them with you), She In, Choies,..

IF IT'S GETTING COLDER..

selection

The weather here in Brussels is getting hotter, so this little selection might not apply to you if you're living in Brussels. If you're going on holidays in the mountains or if you just need a good, warm jacket because it's getting colder over where you are. I can recommend you some brands who are doing great things. You'll fight off the cold and feel the wind much less. If I make my dream come true someday (which is moving to Canada to live there)  this kind of jackets will be taking 80% of space in my closet. I think I'll even build a special closet for them! I wouldn't be able to stop myself buying a bunch of them and I'll end up with a pile of jackets. I love the cold weather, the snow and warm jackets and I think winter is not a season where you have to dress up like shit because it's cold outside. You can be pretty and warm in your clothes. It's like comfy shoes, they don't have to be ugly to be comfortable (it's just a typical mama lie, forget about it)! In this selection, I included the Napapijiri jackets that are super famous (and expensive unfortunately..) but we know why: the quality is great. Even if it's a budget, having one like this for those extremely cold days is always useful. We all know we forget about the price when we're feeling good. It's the same when we're feeling warm in a -30°c day. Less expensive this time but still pretty, I've included 2 beautiful jackets from the Engelbert Strauss website because I had a crush for this model on the left  and  this other model on the right. For those who don't know the brand, it's a construction brand (no, you can let your glasses rest on your table because it's right). You'll maybe find it unusual to shop in such a store. I think only Canadian (hi, future neighbors!) Polish or Russian people will understand. If it's freezing  in your country, you'll most likely be buying ski jackets (which can be also weird for some people but cold is cold and don't forget ski jackets aren't all ugly). Well, I found a brand who sells good quality jackets and not that expensive (if you don't want to spend money on a Napapijiri one) for those cold days and it's Engelbert Strauss. Here in Belgium, we can buy some jackets for those days in sports stores like Decathlon (listed below) or Sport Direct. But I thought it was clever to look for such a brand because their jackets are also made for people who work in hard climatic condition and they're less expensive than the Napapijiri. I thought it was the perfect combo so I've included 2 models in this selection that are simple and beautiful.

OOTN #2 | NEW YEAR EVE

Namaste girls, today my wild hair and I are back with a New Year Eve outfit. I don't dress fancy for Christmas but New Year Eve is usually the time when I like to get ready and wear something nice. Today I'm gonna present you a classy and pretty lacy look. I hope you'll like it, feel free to give me your thoughts in the comments♥.
For the top, I'm wearing this biker suede jacket from Kiabi (limited edition) and I got it for absolutely nothing (35€ for a warm and pretty jacket). This babe became one of my winter essentials and I can wear it with a fancy look or a casual look, the final result will be always nice!
Under my jacket, I'm wearing a beautiful body from H&M. I love the lace details and the "hole" in the back. I think those two details give a sexy touch to the outfit. You're gonna see that I'm mostly (only) wearing black and that's right but it's all about details this time and not about colors (I think it's obvious enough haha) so I wanted the details to be a bit various to be able to forget about the fact that I'm wearing one single color on me.
The lacy details are really pretty and I can't get enough of those sleeves, I mean cmooooooooooooon!
For the bottom, I'm wearing those pants (also from H&M). I got them last year and I'm always wearing them because those are the most comfy ever. I'm currently looking for other pairs of black pants (that would stay black and not become grey with time thanks) so if you know where I can find cool ones, it would be nice!♥
For the accessories, I went for this cute silver metallic bag from H&M (I think I'm bothering you with H&M stuff). It's a cross body bag but also a clutch which is perfect if you want to change something to your outfit or carrying it by day/night (that moment when you're too proud of your smart purchase). I'm also wearing some rings from Zara (old co) and my belt is from Primak (I had to fight to get it so I'm also proud of this purchase). I'm also wearing those beautiful earrings from Zara.
For the shoes, I have those Chelsea boots from H&M. I could wear a pair of beautiful stiletto or my black boots from New Look that would make this outfit more classy but I won't lie to you, so you have to know that if I go out in Brussels for New Year Eve I won't never go with high heels (it's a suicide mission for my feet). That's why I'm wearing cute little boots with my silver sparkling socks from & Other Stories! Let me know what you think about this combo!♥

GUIDE #1 | CHRISTMAS GIFTS IDEAS ❅

Namaste girls! I hope you're all doing great. Christmas is coming but before I guess some of us have exams to pass so I already wish you good luck for yours (we're all in da shit girls). I just want to get my school report and don't hear about school anymore (no more hate for today I promise). Anyway, today I'm back with a Christmas gifts ideas selection that I made just for you. It took me lots of time because I wanted to make of this first Christmas selection a good one. I hope you'll find some ideas right there. Let me know in the comments what you want for Christmas and what you're planning to offer to your family/friends/lover.

LUXURY STUFF

I often hear my friends ask for a gift more expensive for Christmas because it's usually the right occasion to offer something a little bit more pricy than usual. Well it's definetly a good idea to look for a nice bag if your girlfriend/bestfriend/mom is a LSA person (luxury stuff addict). I'll never say no to a beautiful Saint Laurent bag under my Christmas tree (let's be honest) so if you have money to spend in luxury stuff, why not?
Here is a little selection of beautiful clothing/shoes/bags. Remember: it's always better to spend money on something useless.

BEAUTY

Winter is always offering us wonderful decorations right? But you know what winter offers us too? Damn gorgeous Christmas beauty boxes! Every year brands as The Body Shop, Lush, Yves Rocher are doing so many cute things for Christmas so you should definitely have a look to their special collections. Obviously, Christmas is not just about sparkly bath bombs or apple-cinnemon scented body creams. Make-up brands are doing limited collections too. I recently got the Lancôme one and I can't wait to present you the products and create some makeup-up looks for Christmas and New Year eve (I should stop planning my future post while doing an actual one)! If you want to go big you can find brands that are doing monthly boxes (Birchbox, Deautybox, Glossybox,..) so if you have to offer something to a beauty guru it can be nice to consider the idea because Christmas is a good occasion to test new products and new brands (like Bobbi Brown for example). However if you don't want to spend a bunch of money in make-up (because you think it's stupid or because you have too many things to offer to too many people) you can go straight to Kiko store and I promise you that you'll find beautiful and affordable makeup products.

 ACCESSORIES

A gift card is sometimes a good idea when you have a shopaholic daughter/bff/lover. Well that's what I'm actually thinking about when I'm always leaving ZARA without anything because everything that I wanted to purchase was hell too expensive even more than my life (obviously when you want to come back home with the entire store). I mean can you realize how perfect can be a 150€ Forever 21 gift card during sales? Do you know what I mean? I think you do and if you don't well we have a situation here. Anyway, you can also offer this pretty classical gif: a watch! Classical but still always good and useless!

OCCASIONS DRESSES

I'm nobody to teach you that occasions dresses are sometimes expensive unless you're lucky and you find THE deal. I'm talking about occasions dresses like prom dresses because if you're in your senior year of high school you maybe have a prom with a fancy dress code. Personnaly I won't go for the princess look this day, I think I'll probably dress classy and if you're going to do the same here is a selection of dresses that I'm obssesed with. I included a few type of dresses. I've recently discovered the website StyleWe where I found some of those beautiful sparkly dresses. I had a look on their Instagram first and I saw some great stuff so I've decided to have a look to every dresses on their website and also find some outfits inspirations on their blog. They have a bunch of dresses: princess prom dresses, two piece dresses, classy dresses, bridesmaids dresses,...  Big crush on their classy and minimalist dresses! But if you want to buy your princess prom dress, againI think you will have to spend at least 60€ to have something nice (It's expensive because you're probably going to wear it one time in your life but there are dresses more expensive so keep that in mind and if you don't want to spend too much money just choose something that you will be able to wear for other occasions). I tried to make a selection for every budget so I hope you'll find something nice right there!

SHOES

A new pair of sneakers? Or maybe even two? Christmas is definitely the occasion to offer beautiful pair of shoes. I'd say cute boots and a pair of sneakers will be the perfect Christmas comshoe ever (combo-shoes for those who forgot to have coffee this morning).

TECHNOLOGY

Phones, cases, computers, cameras, lenses, extern batteries.. Pricy but needy!

RANDOM

If you have no idea for your Christmas gifts well you can buy something cute/funny/original or related to someone's passions. You can go for a recipes book or other kind of books, funny socks, animals sleepers, pretty/ugly (depends on if you want the person to wear it) Christmas sweater, anyway go big or go home for that random gift.

DIY's

Sometimes presents done by yourself are better than expensive stuff. Aaah Pinterest is life in this case, right? That's why I've done some research and my favorite DIY was those beautiful marble candles! If you don't want to go for those candles you can find other DIY's on Pinterest so go have a look!

OOTD #8 | ALWAYS GO FOR BLACK

Namaste girls, today I'm back with a new outfit but this time it's an outfit of the day. Had to present you some of my new stuff that I've been just obsessed with! I hope you'll like this post. I'm trying to be more present on social medias and on the blog but it's not always easy to be active with all I have to do and sometimes as a writer I have zero inspiration. Anyway, I hope you'll enjoy it.♥
When I'm wearing my black coat from ZARA (that I've already presented you on the blog last winter) I'm always proud of myself because the first time I saw it (sounds like I'm telling a love story aha, but it's kind of one) this coat was costing about 80€ and I felt the price will be reduced during sales so I waited until the second week of sales because I knew I'll be able to shop the coat for a lower price that's what happened. I kind got a gift for that (sales medium, is that a real job?) I guess because it's not the first time this situation happened to me. Anyway, I love it and I feel so comfy when I'm wearing it. Mission to myself this year: find the same in grey or in baby pink.
I felt ashamed when I came back home with a(NOTHER) grey sweater because honestly I have a bunch of them but I can't possibly resist to a V-neck sweater and this one is gorgeous, soft and so warm (and grey..). Obviously you know how it ended up..I bought it! Quick choice, I mean the sweater is beautiful so as the price (under 10€ I think). What I was supposed to do? Turn my face and leave the store? It would be stupid and because when you get in Primark you better buy something or, otherwise you fought to get in that store for nothing. Because yes, trying to get in it and just even breathe in it is a bit difficult. It's always crowded as hell so you might wake up early to be able to look at you want without getting punched in the face by some crazy people.
Nothing interessant to say about my pants, again those one from H&M (I love them but I think you're starting to get it, right?)
& Other Stories got my heart, there is no doubt to have about it and so does this beautiful gold necklace. I fall for this beautiful, delicate and fine chain and also for this pendant that looks a bit like a planet. I don't actually know how to describe it but hopefully you can see it on the pic. I don't usually like the mix between gold jewels and silver/grey colors (actually I hate it) but I don't know why, this time I wanted to try something and it seemed nice so I made an exception! Let me know what you're thinking about the mix. Personally, I love it.
I'm always saying fall is the perfect season to wear hats that's why I couldn't leave without one this day. For this look, I'm wearing my black one from The Sting.
Again, I'm finishing this post with the shoes. Actually a new pair of sneakers (Puma Suede Classic Black via Take-Off) that I purchased in September. I finally got a black pair and it's easier for me now to wear what I want because it was clearly more difficult with my other pair (my purple Trinomic from Puma). Those became my ready-to-go sneakers. I love the model and the little gold detail. Can't wait to post more outfits with them!
